I had been successful in my job as an executive for designers such as Yves Saint Laurent and Avon. But I felt so limited and had no idea what to do about it. I was considered successful, I made good money, but I was stressed and not happy.

I kept trying to find out the "thing" I was supposed to do, but through the Core Essence™ process and the ongoing support, I clarified an eclectic vision for my life, which includes having the skills and training to be of service to children and families negotiating the stresses of change.

As a result of this work and the incredible support community, I added a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology to my Harvard MBA., as well as a degree in Marriage and Family counseling. I now divide my time equally between the stimulating world of business and the spiritually fulfilling world of psychotherapy. 3. Support:
   The problem with most of us is that we're thinking with our own thoughts. (That's not good!) Unfortunately, most of those thoughts are critical. Your thoughts got you where you are. Everyone, no matter how independent, needs a steady stream of brainstorming, resources and fresh ideas. Having a group that reflects NEW thinking vs. our old ways is critical to success.

Fear is the #1 block. I know I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out where mine came from. In the mastermind approach, we focus only the behavior that is going to get you what you want.

You don’t have to feel confident or motivated. You may have no idea how to get what you think you want. You may be fearful. In our mastermind group, we don’t care. We’ll just keep supporting you and encouraging you.

MY SUPPORT GROUP IS 10 YEARS OLD
