HOW CAN
A CORPORATE HR EXECUTIVE FIND HAPPINESS AS A MUSICIAN?
When I first started coaching with Mary Lyn I was frustrated because I really wasn't doing the things I loved, and I had lost sight of my dream. I was in corporate life and I felt I was too old to pursue my true desire to be a musician, songwriter and producer. What could I do?
Through the Master Mind team I realized, very small steps count. Week after week I did small things that have produced big results.
Today I am a member of a rock band, I sing, entertain and have recorded several songs. I have discovered I have a passion for the technical side of music as well, and am producing and recording my first CD of original songs for a fellow musician. Through a series of team meetings with Mary Lyn and plugging into the ongoing inspiration and support from the groups, the dream that I through was impossible has actually happened!
What are the elements successful you need to succeed at anything.
The space to develop a new vision.(We don't get a vision because we are so busy answering phone calls, sending e-mail, picking up the kids, and putting out fires that every activity is designed to maintain the status quo.) We all need a space to create a vision of a new life.
